The Internship was open to any law student who had completed their second year
of law school. It enrollment was limited to 40 students and selection was on a
national competitive basis.
The Sandler Sales Institute© is experiential education. It uses neuro-linguistic
programming in the sales process. Its premise is based on human beings moving
away from pain and towards pleasure. Typically, if you find the pain, a sale is likely.
This is a relatively new sales paradigm. Salespersons and managers can be coach-
ed to improve their closing rate while allowing prospects to feel like they are in con-
trol of the process.
Lifespring is based on the work of the Martin Heidegger. His point of view is that
limited belief systems shape human behavior and inhibit personal and
business growth. Typically, behavior has a primary and secondary modality.
The modalities are controller, analyzer, supporter and promoter. They describe be-
havior and are not character flaws. Executives and sales personnel can be coach-
ed to use their behavior to maximum advantage and increase personal
and team productivity.
